Facilitation/focus
Work includes facilitation of groups charged with solving a problem, resolving conflict, and/or evaluating proposed actions for efficacy. Qualified candidates will be able to guide participants through the evaluation process towards an outcome. Topics include: planning and adhering to agendas, summarizing meetings; organizing ideas, brainstorming, affinity diagramming, collecting and analyzing data, consensus building (Fist to Five), prioritization, multi-voting, evaluating options, promoting participative decision- making, determining group needs and tasks, charting and graphic facilitation and handling conflict or dissent. The work may include facilitation in specific programmatic areas, such as database design or personnel transactions.
