Creating an account
To create an account, go to the homepage and click on the 'Create new account' link. Fill out all the required information. Most users prefer to have their business name as the username. Once you have submitted your account information, you will receive a confirmation email from email@example.com. The email will include a link that will prompt you to set up your password. Once that has been completed you will be logged on.
Changing contact information
When you are logged in, click on the “Hello ____” dropdown link on the top right hand side of the page. Click on “My account” where you will be able to view your account information. Below your username, click on the 'Edit' tab and you will be able to update any necessary information. However, some information such as an Federal Identification Number cannot be changed. If you need to change them please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to change your password you will have to go to “My account” and edit. There you will have to enter in your current password in order to change it.
Forgot your password
If you forgot your password, click on “request new password” link on the home page. You will need to enter in your email address or username. Once that has been submitted you will receive an email with further instructions to update your password
Submitting a Qualification Application
To submit an application go to the Program areas tab. Under Program areas, click on the program area that you wish to apply to. Follow the on-screen instructions. Please ensure that all information is filled out.
Viewing Scopes of Work
Once you have logged into the website, Scopes of Work that are out to bid will show up on the main home screen if you have been qualified in the Program Area. You will be able to view the Scope of Work by clicking on it.
Asking questions about a Scope of Work
On the home page you will be able to see the Scopes of Work available for the program areas that you are qualified for. Once you click on the Scope of Work there will be a tab at the bottom “Ask Question about this Scope of Work.” Follow the on-screen instructions.
Submitting a Proposal
On the home page you will be able to see the Scopes of Work available for the program areas that you are qualified for. Once you click on the Scope of Work there will be a tab at the bottom “Create Proposal.” Follow the on-screen instructions.
