Organizational development

Work includes interacting with Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner level staff on sensitive topics; improving interpersonal and agency-wide communications, conducting group problem-solving sessions, and recommending steps to enhance decision-making, team-building and conflict resolution; becoming technically adept in issues relating to specific program divisions (Child Support, Disability Determinations, Temporary Assistance, and Transitional Support); and immersion in specialized work units or in aspects of Federal regulations, State policies, and complicated processes.
